John Olin was exellent! He mounted the articulated mount beautifully and neatly - he held the box under the wall while drilling, plastered the holes of the previous mount, and even got the "Component"
and "HDMI" things working properly (the previous guy who installed the TV had them reversed because he said the cable box was bad). I cannot recommend him highly enough and am telling all my friends who might have future projects that he is the one to call.

John Olin called me virtually the second I sent the email to Service Magic! I called him back after thinking about it. He came to look at the project for free to confirm that it would be doable at his estimate price. The two guys that did the job were friendly, professional and quick. They did good work. The stuck to the cost. They even bought the equipment for me. The only things I didn't like were that they didn't reply to my email and John said he'd call Monday & Tu. to say when he'd be nearby by a certain time but I had to call him when it was an hour past that time. Once we spoke, he was on time and called when he said he would.
