I was able to secure "next-day" confirmation with a three hour "window" for arrival. I received a "heads-up" call when the tech, Charles, was 20 minutes out. He arrived ontime, and was courteous, personable, efficient and professional, as was everyone I dealt with.. The cost was reasonable, and they allowed a two-payment remittance. The job was completed during the call. On top of everything else, a couple of days later, we received a hand-written "thank you" note from Charles for choosing their services. This is the most impressive contractor I have dealt with in years, and I would recommend Mr. Sparky to anyone.
