He was on-time and even early. Discoverd that the original TV mounts that I purchased on my own weren't adequate. Recommended and ordered different mounts. This all required a second visit which he included in the original estimate. Just focused on getting the job done right. Very pleasant to work with. Would hire again.

Great service! The work was done in a highly professional manner, and we were given many different options for our home theater setup. We used Primetime for two setups, and they both work very nicely--easy to use and awesome sound/picture. The work was done on time, at a time that was convenient for us, and we paid so much less than we would have paid with a big-box store!
