Efficient...Was able to install my wall mount sooner than I expected. (How 'bout the same day I requested it) Would call upon them again for other AV requirements I have and will have in the future. Brian was very informative as was his 2 man, (father and son), crew that did the installation. They ran into an issue with the proper and conventional installation but explained the problem to me, and with my okay resolved it immediately and properly. I was charged $250 for their time, effort and expertise and I gladly paid it. They also cleaned up the work area leaving it spotless.

As with any job, get the quote in writing as the initial price did not match the final.
In addition, if you want specific technical info, such as specific HDMI cable to be used, specify in advance.

John was very well patient and answered all the questions I had. Even though he is an expert in his area of work, he was ready to give his ear to my suggestions, no matter what I said :).
