Julio & Kristine have a very professional team. They worked hard and paid careful attention to detail. Julio frequently checked on the job progress and we consulted almost daily. He provided advice and was helpful with color selection. He was always willing to accommodate our wishes; for instance when a color we selected did not look good on the wall, he let us make an alteration. He did everything necessary, and also beyond necessary to ensure that we liked the results. I would HIGHLY recommend these folks, Julio treated us not only as a customer/client, but as a friend.

We had a bit of a mix-up on the start date, but other than that I was quite pleased with Unique stucco. The crew worked really hard and seemed to know and care about what they were doing. They cleaned up after themselves every day. They didn't take any shortcuts or scrimp on materials.The job was completed as promised, on time and at the quoted price. I would certainly use Unique again; my only hesitancy in the first place was that they came in with the lowest bid.

Unique Stucco did a great job on my project all the way through! They gave me a very prompt estimate after listening to my requirements, offering suggestions where I had questions. They had a color sample matched, and also matched a texture that I wanted. Unique Stucco were clean, courteous, and great to work with. Not to mention their rates are better than reasonable, and the craftsmanship was superb. I would highly recommend Unique Stucco. On the negative side there is nothing to comment on.
