So far Chad has been great. Very personable, and knows a ton about pools. I used him for a salt water conversion and other work, and he's been terrific. Every single time I've called Chad he has either answered the phone or called back within minutes, and that includes later in the evenings and weekends. The pool guy who worked for the previous owner would take days to return calls, was expensive, and acted like he didn't care. Chad is the opposite.
I almost want to give Chad a lower rating so he doesn't get too busy ;-) Kidding. Use him. He's the best
