simply put it was easy. I was presented all the options and invited to do research and call back with my questions. I emailed several times back and forth getting answers--prompt responses I might add. When I was ready I called back and I knew what I wanted and was offered a great price and set an installation up.
I had family coming into town and wanted it installed the next day and was offered a call back after trying to rearrange schedule to move up my install and 10 minutes later I was offered an earlier date The work started and finished in no time and my pool was warm for my guests
Now that is customer service!!

I questioned the information on the internet on the week-end and first thing Monday morning Star Lite Pools called me they were very punctual coming out ,very professional in their approach.
