My Hayword DE Filter cracked in the bottom housing. Within minutes of inputting information to Service Magic - Corey called. He was able to come out immediately at no charge (he was in the area) to look at the filter. He let me know that Hayward had a 10-year warranty, and called Hayward to see if my filter was still under warranty. It was not (of course), so Corey had the new filter installed within 2 days and removed all the old filter pieces.
