Courteous customer service. fast response, surprised that Dan could provide service on a Friday evening but in Phoenix going without air conditioning is a no-no. Thanks to Dan for his help.

The serviceman was very friendly. he showed me the 2 parts that were on the verge of going out and had me look at the voltage meter to show me WHY it was weak & needed replacing. the 2 parts were 1 month past warranty so he gave me a fair break on the cost. He said he would call every 6 months to make sure our AC is working properly.
He also told us, it was a very wise move of us to have our home AC serviced even though nothing was wrong. had I waited another few months, those 2 parts would have failed and caused several hundred $$ more to fix.
He was very professional, honest & curtious. I highly recommend them.

Bell Air Condition came to our aid quickly (within half an hour of the call) as one of our AC units was not working. He was knowledgeable , friendly, efficient, and explained things so I could understand it. The problem was fixed very quickly and I have not had any problems since. I have recommended Bell Air Conditioning to my friends and family and feel very lucky that I now have someone I will always call for service.
