They came over, checked it out and gave an estimate. Worked fine and it worked. It did feel very expensive. $500 to change out the Lenox heat exhaust motor. I always feel a bit ripped off with home maintenance folks.

It was awesome!!!! Before I even exited the submission page RS technician Ricardo Sinclair was calling my cell phone. He was at a previous appointment and gave me and ETA for when he could make it to our house. He showed up right at the provided time and was very friendly. He was able to fix our heat within 30 minutes and for a great price! Best experience I think I have ever had with any home service provider!

Kenneth spent the time to search for the mysterious noise, and spent the time making the adjustments to make it stop. Unlike others who came to the house recommending hundreds of dollars in repairs, Kenneth fixed it with his bare hands and I was only out $59! I highly recommend him.
