The initial visit to get the quote was very professional and pleasant and everything about the swamp cooler was explained to us. My husband even called after hours with additional questions and everyone was very courteous. The quote was more reasonable than other companies and provided all the information we needed to make our decision. This was supposed to be a 2 day job, but they were able to get it done in just one day. There were a few issues after the installation, but the owner himself went above and beyond to let us know that he wanted to take care of everything. I would recommend this company and use them again.
