Easy to work with, quick response, fast install. Amazing quality of workmanship, particularly cutting holes in old lathe/plaster walls. Had a lovely, well-mannered dog with him outside, which wasn't a problem for us (we would have happily kept her here after the job was done!), but advance warning might be advisable for other customers. Decent clean-up after job...we had to vacuum/mop afterwards, but it was no big deal. Mike was a rare find here in Colorado and would definitely ask him back for other jobs.
