PROBLEM:A/C was not cooling and running all day. SERVICE: Kept me informed of arrival time, which help me plan my day. Very thorough and took time to inspect inside the A/C unit and properly diagnose the A/C unit performance. Gladly answered my questions about the A/C unit to help me understand the scope of the problem and possible repair alternatives. Problem was repaired at a reasonable price. Thanks for a great job! I would definitely call again when needed.

We were very pleased with the service and attention to detail we received from Panfili. Although there were a few glitches along the way we were always kept up to date and informed on progress. Post-installation follow up was excellent as an equipment failure came up about 7 months after installation and it was fixed without question. Overall, a very satisfactory job.
