would have been five star but for the original maintenance visit not clearing the drain so that when the AC was turned on again water overflowed into my eaves. that was corrected on the subsequent visit to clean the attic coil.
Other than that glitch, the service was first rate and professional, and I may sign a maintenance agreement with them.

Help came out late the first day but only because he had to finish another client. When they arrived I asked them to look at two houses instead of one and they had no problem with that. They had to come back because they had to pick up a part, but when they did they were right on time and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend their service.
