Prompt, professional. Courteous. Great communications, gave quote over the phone. I had to pay a $35 "trip fee". Wasn't too keen on that, but they did GREAT work installing my new phone line and jack. Cleaned up afterward and restored everything. Would definitely recommend and I'm thinking about having them do another job for me with my 5.1 system.

Service rep was on time, very courteous, and very professional. Quickly diagnosed and repaired problem with security system. Even though the system is very dated, rep repaired the problem and put no pressure on me to upgrade the system (as I expected). Without question, I will call Rapid Security for any future security system needs.
