From the start Jeff and hes crew were very polite and knowledgeable, I could tell they were are all about costumer service from day one, they even went as far as to give us a better price than the security shop store for the camera equipment......after the job they cleaned after themselves, and even did us the favor of running an extra DSL cable thru the attic (this was not part of the job they were here to do) and didnt even charge for us the 100ft of cable.......there were also a couple of cameras which i still wasnt sure if I was happy with their positioning and days later, even after having been paid in full, Jeff sent me an email asking me if I was still not sure about them, and offered to come all the way up to Fernandina Beach from his headquaters in St Augustine to reposition them.......Jeff is definitely the guy you want to hire for your next nstallation "no if's, but's or maybe's"
