They were very professional and courteous. Everything they did, they confirmed with me first and made sure that I was OK with the way they planned to proceed. It had snowed outside and was lightly raining throughout the day and they were very conscious of removing their shoes again and again as they went from the outside to the inside of the house. They brought their own cleanup equipment (vacuum cleaner etc.) to make sure they left the place in great condition. Good experience and would recommend them to friends.
