The initial visit was outstanding. Brandon was clear about his recommendations. I decided to buy from him and have him install our TV/Home Theater purchases. He did not come for the installation on the date expected, explaining that his distributor did not have the TV we wanted. This was a considerable inconvenience, as we had invited guests. He and his assistant did installations five days later, and while the service took nearly four hours, the installation finally was perfect. I would recommend him, certainly, but with the caveat about when installation MUST BE accomplished.

Very professional!! They did a wonderful job of taking the time to do the job right. They did not charge by the hour so they could have goten in and out, but they took the time to make sure the job was done right and was done exactly how we wanted it.
