General Remodeling Group has, so far, acted as a partner in this remodeling project. They are technically very competent and, faced with ineffectiveness in the participation of the architect we hired, have taken on their role, "free of charge." Their General Manager "Vidas" is a "Renaissance Man" in his multifaceted involvement. He acts as the customer service rep, a business manager, a work coordinator, a flexible scheduler, an architect, a designer and a psychologist. He has turned a very stressful situation into an enriching experience.
The project is currently just a little past demolition but it is going fast.

Premir HomePro powerwashed our house and stain/sealed our deck. Alan was very easy to work with and very pleasent. The work was well done overall. The finish on the deck was not to our satisfaction at first. The finish of the stain/seal looked more like a first coat on a paint job. Apparently, the original owners used an oil based product which was difficult to work over. However, Alan worked with us and sent someone out to addrerss the problem and it looks much better now. So we were satisfied with the outcome.
