THE CUSTOMER SERVICE (STEVE AND CHRISTINE) WAS AMAZING!! THE PRICING STAYED WITHIN OUR BUDGET AND WE WERE ABLE TO GET WHAT WE WANTED. PLUS, THE WORK LOOKS GREAT. THE ONLY PROBLEM WE HAD WAS WITH THE WORKERS. THEY LEFT TRASH IN OUR YARD (GARDEN) AND DRIVERS, THEY BROKE THE HANDLES ON OUR WATER HOSE CONECTION AND THEY LEFT SCREWS IN THE GRASS WERE MY CHILD PLAYS. I WAS TOLD BY THE OWNER THAT THE ISSUE WOULD BE ADDRESSED AND THE CONNECTER WOULD BE REPLACED. OTHER THEN THAT, WE WILL CONTINUE TO USE CREATIVE DECK DESIGNS AND WE RECOMMEND THEM EVERYONE!!!

Every crew on the project was extremely professional. And overall we are very pleased with the outcome of the project. We were not happy with the finishing work that was completed. While all items on the punchout list were completed and the craftsmanship was first rate, the final cleanup of the project was below average. Windows were not free of drywall dust, and there is drywall compound on many of the window sills. Also there was a lot of sanding dust that was not cleaned up. Again the work completed was first rate, the final touches could have been better.
