We had a budget of what we wanted to spend, and they worked with us to stay within that budget. Compared to the other "cookie cutter" approaches of other bidders, they were willing to customize their proposal to give us what we were looking for with a much superior solution than what others were offering. They followed up with us after the job was finished to make sure we were happy.

We would definitely use Jarvis again if we have any construction project requiring a contractor and give them our highest recommendation.

The salesman was a bit too high pressure. we were not very thrilled with that. We ended up paying more than we wanted to pay even after taliking him down about 10 grand. We are still waiting for the project to be fully completed. The electrician has yet to call and the construction has been done for over week now. Other than that we were fairly happy with the sunroom and deck. The Ameritech construction crew was great and cleaned up afterwards.
