First of all, I did alot of comparing of companies , quality of their products, warranties, bbb reports,etc. By far, the Betterliving Sunroom is the superior product. The rep, Kelly was great ! He designed our room to meet all of our needs while keeping the cost affordable. I also appreciated the crew. They were always on time , cleaned up every day, and went above and beyond to make sure that we were very satisfied. I would recommend Betterliving to anyone that is considering one of these beautiful rooms. They deliver what they promise.

I think the question should be reversed. Would Betterliving Patio & Sunrooms ever work with me again? The team from BP&S were very professional, courteous and above all, understanding. From sales and marketing, through the guys who prepared the foundation to Mike and his crew, the service was exceptional. And it did not stop with project completion as they have been back several times to answer questions that have arisen. I would definitely recommend Betterliving Patio and Sunrooms of Northern Ohio to anyone thinking about adding a sunroom or patio.
