My wife and I had checked out the numerous sunroom companies in the area and all were similar in price. We then met with Scott Bear of Bear Builders and he was very knowledgeable about the sunroom he built and sold us on the product. He was willing to work with us on the price and had some very helpful suggestions on the design of the sunroom that fit best with our house. During the building process, the crew that worked on our room were friendly and came out in a timely manner to correct anything that came up. We are very pleased with our sunroom and get many compliments from family and friends.

Bear made everything much more enjoyable than I have had with my past contractors. I finally made a Great choice. Since it's completion my husband spends about 80% of his time in his (Man Cave).
The windows are so very tall and such great views I'm now able to see more of all the birds and flowers that I love. Very enjoyable experience with the designer and suggestions they made to make this the room of a lifetime. Thanks to all of them !!!!!!
