He replaced the pump and it seems he did a great job. There wasn't much explaining what was going on while he was working. I was a little bit nervous about warranties, etc. I ended up asking him about warranties and he explained the product had a 2 year (I believe) and he has a warranty on his work as well. I felt comfortable, but could have been wowed a bit more.

Very professional, very knowledgeable. Would have given five stars if our appointment had not been cancelled( not his fault, but an inconvenience), and if he had been on time for the re-scheduled appointment.
