They spent a lot of time explaining the job prior to signing a contract. The crew was very neat and professional. They were able to start the job quickly as well as complete the job in just 2 days. There was a conflict at one point but Allen and James worked with me to resolve the issue to my satisfaction.

Work was completed in the estimated 3-4 days. Seemed to be some lack of communication between the home office/estimator and the work crew regarding certain details and the amount of water in the crawl space and getting materials to the site in a timely fashion. The team/project leader never identified himself. Aside from these observations, kudos to the crew who worked in cramped, very wet and cold conditions during the project. The super-saturated ground around the house turned into a muddy pathway which really couldn't have been helped. Time will tell just how well the system works in drying out the crawl space and preventing future floodin
