After only a year and a half in our new home, we had to have a sump pump replaced (the pump was only covered for 1 year per the contractor's warranty). Cherry Tree provided excellent service and an honest, fair price, and a great warranty on both the pump and their work (much better than the 1 year we were offered from other plumbers). We'll definitely use Cherry Tree again.

My problem was a very simple, once I actually saw what the tech needed to do to fix the faucett. I understand that plumbing is expensive, but for what was fixed on my faucett, I felt the fee should have been less. I should have had a better understanding of their fees, which I wasn't aware of until it was time to pay. Overall, the company was proffesional, friendly, and prompt.
