Very prompt and took care of the problem in a very timely manner.
There was a water leak at the foundation wall. (basement level). Since I didn't get another quote due to the urgency of the matter, I felt the fee was high. The job took approx 6 hours to investigate the source of the leak, replace a small pipe and some concrete repair. This included the initial visit and the next day repair.

I orginally had asked BF plumbing to bid on a sump pump option for avoding flooding in the spring in a basement well window. However after talking with them they recommended doing some land scape grading instead. While they are in fact a plumbing company they offered to help me with this option as well. Very unexpected and appreciated. I would highly recommend them.
