The repairman was friendly and very knowledgable about his craft. He walked me through the process of what needed to be done, how it would be done and explained how the sump pump works, warranty, price, etc.

We loved working with Noel. From the first phone call we felt like we were doing this project together. We got a firm estimate quickly and even after the install he took care of us. The septic alarm went off around 8:30 pm the day after installation. We called Noel and he talked my husband through what to look for and getting it stopped. It went off again the next morning, we called Noel and he came out and fixed the problem (it was a sensor issue). It was really great to be able to call and talk to him. He was always helpful and pleasant (even when it was obviously after hours). Since then, everything has worked perfectly, which is good, considering all of the rain we've been having!
