Due to new construction in my neighborhood, over the past few years when we receive continuous or heavy rain there has been flooding under my house in my crawl space. After the first rain, I decided to install a sump pump system. Chris came out to look at the situation - he was knowledgeable, courteous and on time. The quote given was within the range of othre quotes given and was reasonable as compared to the services received. In other words, Chris did not try to cut corners in the quality of service in order to submit the lowest quote. The work is guaranteed and I was really comfortable with Chris' solution to my sump pump problem.

Tsering from Everest came promptly to take care of my problem. He diagnosed the issue with the toilet not flushing properly as being with the toilet itself. I had an appointment, so he came back after 5pm to pull the toilet and replace it with another that he had in his possession that fit the bathroom better. He also discarded my old toilet for me, without me having to ask. Tsering gave 120%. He worked tirelessly under less than ideal conditions - the bathroom is very small and cramped.
