Arranged for the job the same week, arrived on time, (height of the worst North eastern in a decade), provided cleand shoes to keep the floor clean, removed, cleaned the floor arond the toilet (40 year old toilet), installed, cleaned up all excess parts, and prepared the invoice within 1 hour. Very down to earth, honest individual. I would recommend and hire him for added work.
