I was delighted with Michael's eager attitude and the desire to do a good job. Once he arrived, I found that my neighbor had hired him some time ago and was extremely pleased with the work and Michael's demeanor.

The items I needed fixing were risky. I knew going in that the fix might fail and it did. A toilet bowl crack that I sealed broke away ( a day later)after tighitening the tank to it and water leaked all over my new tile. I had to clean up and tear it all down again. We tested the flush, it didn't flush normally. The bowl stayed full and since some water did drain it didn't overflow. Only occasionally did the bowl empty and that was very very slow. May replace bowl with same dk brown Kohler 1980. Worry about flush issue.
Tightened a loose spout in the kitchen and it is loose again. May be missing a collar at the base of the spout
