I selected Constantly Running because of (1) the reviews, (2) James' professional knowledge (he had experience with what I wanted to have done--installation of a water powered backup sump pump), and (3) his courteous, respectful tone on the phone. James listened to what I wanted to have done, talked to some supply folks about options and recommended hardware that had good reviews. I did research, gave the okay, and he came out a few days later after the equipment arrived. Both he and his assistant were very courteous and easy to work with. When I need a plumber, I will call Constantly Running and have no need to look around.

they arrived at a reasonable time, were straightforward in that they didn't try to gouge me and were able to do a simple repair and not replace a $2700 outdoor water heater, were professional in every way. I tipped them for their efforts.
