ASAP Waterproofing, Inc.

Repair or Replace a Sump Pump in 20906

I really enjoyed working with ASAP. The representative was very informative and made suggestions based on the condition of my basement and what was best for me to maintain the value of my home as well as giving consideration to what I could afford. The crew was on time and efficient and professional. All of my concerns and questions were answered and I felt very much at ease as the crew worked. The finished product was professionally done; looks great.

Eliminate Toxic Materials or Mold in 20721

After getting four (4) different estimates/proposals, I chose ASAP Waterproofing for mold remediation in my basement because they could start the job the next day! However, they became increasing slow to answer phone and return phone calls. After the job was done (so I thought), the basement still smelled moldy. So they brought the air scrubber back for another 3 to 4 days, and fogged the basement a second time, which helped a lot. Besides finding a broken glass in the coffee table, which the agreed to have replaced. I no real complaints. The mold spores are way down and the smell is unnoticeable.
