But the first thing he said was that I need a new pump. Luckily I diagnosed the problem before I called for help. He did replace a leaking back-flow valve eventually. I am happy. Most likely I will call this guy if I have another problem in the fture.

Benjamin Franklin installed a sewage pump and a sump pump in basement. I was extremely please with the service provided by Benjamin Franklin. The technician was extremely profession, neat and couretous. The work done was of a superior quality and the price of the parts and labor was fair and reasonable. I would not hesitate to call Benjamin Franklin again to perform a work for me. Benjamin Franklin is an honest, reliable company which I highly recommend.

WP Turner did all the repairs as I had requested. They were on time, did their work neatly (used drop cloths to protect floors), and hones about the work that needed to be done. I was particularly pleased because they honored their warranty (30 days) after the warranty expired. A leak continued in a kitchen sink faucet. I would highly recommend them.
