Our basement was flooded because our sump pump stopped working on Christmas weekend, on Sunday at 8PM. Chris showed up in less than 2 hours and installed a new sump pump in less than an hour. He was super nice and happy and very capable and knowledgeable. Would definitely call these guys again. Thanks!

They called the same day (a Sunday) I put my request in on Service Magic, came out to provide an estimate the following day, and completed the work by Tuesday. Our existing sump pump had failed but we had a rain storm threatening Tuesday night so it was imperative we have the pump replaced. We took the opportunity to have a battery back-up installed. The fact that Plumbing & Heating, despite being located far from us, came out so quickly and got the work done promptly, saved the day and gave us peace of mind.
