The plumber was delayed by an emergency. He called twice to let me know his status. When he arrived, he was quick to check the sump pump, replace it, and did so in a way that would satisfiy any future replacements.

I was pleasantly surprised. The service industry has really taken a hit and it was so welcome to benefit from someone who took his job and practiced his craft seriously. Efficiency and competency levels were at their peaks. Without hesitation, I contacted them again this morning, in need of another service call on an unrelated issue, because I know they'll be pragmatic in their approach and they'll employ basic, yet efficient means to resolve the issue. You can't ask for anything better, and you shouldn't have to. Tha's what you expect from May's Plubming, and that's why I highly recommend them.
