The company responded right away and scheduled a plumber to come out. Jeff arrived on time, assessed the project and gave me an estimate. We agreed on a time to complete the work. He came prepared, was very professional and efficient in his performance. He made sure everything was working to my satisfaction when he was finished. Jeff had a friendly manner and you could tell he enjoyed his work. I would definitely call Advance Plumbing if I had a plumbing need again and would be very pleased for Jeff to do the work.

Very timely. Did not clean up after themselves. Very expensive. I feel they had me in a spot, as they had removed the toilet for free, and if I wanted the work done, they could charge me whatever they wanted. Or, leave the toilet in the bathtub and wait for someone ellse to put it back on the floor. Very friendly. But, they were good and I suppose you have to go with the saying: you get what you pay for. Please don't take these comments as a negative. I did give four stars. I am satisfied, but the price I feel is quite steep.
