under the circumstances w/ all of the flooding, they got to us w/in hours and had the problem fixed faster than I expected. very nice staff who explained the whole process and stayed to make sure there were no other related problems. they even followed up after the job to verify everything was still in order.

Repair or Service a Water Heater in 30060
Overall, I thought they did a great job. It did take several hours longer than expected, and I'm not sure I like the way the pipes are coming up from the bathroom floor, exposed (they had to replumb the entire house, because of the old pipes).
I do have to call them to get the water heater receipt, which my mom asked for, but he did not produce. Nick, who did the work could not have been kinder, though, and I felt very comfortable leaving him with Mom and Dad.
