Repair or Replace a Sump Pump in 45426
The company manager was very prompt, professional and effectively responded to our need. The technician did a great job. He was flexible, helpful, accomodating and curtious. He took time to answer all questions while educating us about our system. The only problem was he was not informed on his work order we had a sealed cap over the existing pump for our radon system so he was not equiped with the right tools to reseal the system and had to caulk with his finger as best he could with white caulk vs clear. I will certainly use them again if needed.

FITTING ON BOILER LEAKED,ALSO THE TWO VENTS TOO LET AIR OUT OF SYSTEM WERE NOT OPENED BY INSTALLERS. I AM STILL WAITING FOR QUOTE ON A.C. SYSTEM.
