They called the same day (a Sunday) I put my request in on Service Magic, came out to provide an estimate the following day, and completed the work by Tuesday. Our existing sump pump had failed but we had a rain storm threatening Tuesday night so it was imperative we have the pump replaced. We took the opportunity to have a battery back-up installed. The fact that Plumbing & Heating, despite being located far from us, came out so quickly and got the work done promptly, saved the day and gave us peace of mind.

Needed sump-pump repaired. Called on Saturday. Frank was able to fit us in his schedule.. did not have to wait. He charges by the job, so his rate was reasonable, no extra charge because it was the weekend.
