Repair or Replace a Sump Pump in 92625
My sump pump tank was leaking. I was referred by a friend to Servicemagic. I went online at 10 p.m. and received a call from SOS at 7 a.m. the next morning. They were at my home that morning and evaluated the problem. A few hours later they called me with the cost to do the work. SOS was on time and finished the project when they said they would. I will recommend them to my friends.

Overall, satisfied with work. Email'd pictures & talked over the phone about the job. By looking at the pictures, PSI pointed out over the phone that the job was simpler than I had thought. I appreciated the competency & up-front honesty. They quoted a price over the phone that I was agreeable with. The plumber who came out did what was discussed and charged what was agreed upon. Some areas for improvement: the plumber showed up a little later than he said he would. He seemed a little odd & unfriendly. Also the caulking job was poor. I had to supplement it with my own caulking after he left. But, overall, the job got done. Satisfied.

It was fast and good so far is working fine but i think was too expensive. 30 minutes of work for $125.00.
