Repair or Replace a Sump Pump in 44105
KT Waterproofing was beyond excellent!! I contracted them to replace a sump pump. They gave me a very well-informed opinion of the other issues I had. Not only were they prompt and efficient, but after quoting and agreeing to a price, they discovered a worse problem that I had. Even though, this additional issue could have run well over $500, they offered to solve the problem without charging me for it!! I say this as a way to inform others of the type of heart and consideration they provided...when they didn't have to.
If you have a need for service, the worst thing you could do is to NOT call KT Waterproofing. They are stupendous!!

The contractor contacted me in a timely manor and he was very polite. Each time I called with a question he answered it. They get the work done in a timely manor. We ran into some trouble with the approval after the inspection but we are working through that but the work has been completed and we are very satisfied with the work he has done.
