I suspected that my basement sump pump was defective and I had no idea where the water was pumped. Mike Gallagher called me within 10 minutes of my request for plumbing services from ServiceMagic. We scheduled a service call for the next day. That gave me the chance to explore the web for sump pumps and accessories. The next day, at the scheduled time, him and his assistant arrived at my door. His price for the best 1/2 hp cast Iron Zoellor submersible pump was better than I could get on the web. In less than two hours at a very reasonable price my new pump was working. Excellent work!
