Scott was very professional, explained everything he was doing. He cleaned up afterwards, am very pleased with his work. Scott pointed out some problem areas with my house, explained what needs to be done, but didn't push to do the work. He suggested a time frame that it should get done so the problem doesn't get worse. I am gonna get the work done, and hope to have Scott come back to do the work. Thank you for recommending him for the job I needed done.

Scott was very good at answering all my questions and listened when I had a suggestion. He cleaned up after the installation and did an excellent job. He did not have all the necessary items to complete the job and had to go out and purchase the necessary items throughout the day which I think he should of had on his truck. He did not take a break for lunch and had the job completed by 4:15 in the afternoon.

J S Mumma was selected out of 6 people that submitted bids even though they were slightly higher than the lowest estimate because Scott Mumma appeared to offer the best solutions to our roof ventilation problem. Once on site, we found his crew very polite, knowledgeable, and hard working. J S Mumma delivered on every aspect of the project that was discussed and they accomplished everything that we were told would be done. There were NO sales pitch items to get the job that were left out of the work performance. Charges for unforeseen work that were needed were very reasonable.
