There was a respect for the customer and attention to detail that you can only get from a company who's only focus is customer satisfaction. There were three companies that we contacted through Servicemagic and Brooks was the only one to return the call (I sent the request in about 11PM and we were contacted before 9AM the next morning). We were given a pretty wide choice of storm doors as well as our choice in vendors to supply them. When the parts came in the doors were installed the next day without problems. We are very impressed with Brooks and Servicemagic.

He was open and honest with a detailed documentation of costs, including all invoices. the work was completed on time and under initial projected costs.
