I felt Mr Lankford was honest, dependable and showed up on time. I was impressed with his techniques & ability such as careful measuring, shims, etc. However through no fault of his the weatherstripping appears to be crushed in four places allowing daylight to be seen from inside when the door is closed. It is not energy efficient - again I don't believe this has anything to do with Mr. Lankford's abilities. He said there is a one year warranty on his work & to call him if I was dissatisfied with anything. However, I have decided to repair the weather stripping myself. I have recommended him to others & would again utilize his services.
