so far so good. we have not started the project yet. we hope to have it completed within this next week. I'll let you know how I like the service at that time. What I can tell you now is that the specialist sent out to us was on time, knowledgable, very professional, had a very neat appearance, and took his time with us to explain more about our project to us. Overall this has been a very satisfying experience.
