The Sears representative, Scott Brooks, explained clearly and precisely the scope of the project; he was affable and courteous and all of the phases of the work were done on time and the results are fabulous. Sears has been in constant contact with me throughout the project. I was particularly pleased with Dave (who removed the old countertops), with Dublin Navarette (who made the template and who - together with his two Associates from Brazil - installed the countertops), with Steve (the plumber who had very limited space in which to work under the sink) all of them worked unobtrusively and skillfully down to the last detail. Dave is easy to get in touch with, very fast and flexible in coming to give a quote and scheduling the quote and actual work appointment.
He didn't get 5 stars because he left the place a mess. Wood dust and chips were everywhere.
Overall, I would recommend him to others, just have a vacuum handy or coverup your stuff.
