Some administrative mix ups, but overall perfiormance was very good. People were cooperative, helpfull and appeared knowledgeable. I still have some questions about the cost of the faucets, and the attachment(or lack of ) to the countertop.

I received a timely quotation and their price was competitive. Salesman was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. Product was special order, but they made effort to deliver on a timely basis, and succeeded. Installers were friendly, efficient and neat. They also were forthcoming in explaing details of the installation. Counter top looks great.
