From sales to installation the project went well. The job was done quickly and the folks were friendly. Upon my first inspection everything looked great. Later I found where they left out some screw covers. I called and asked them to send them to me so I could put them in and he is sending out a the installer to do it to finish up the job. Please to have the windows installed and just in time to keep the cold winter out. Good Job.

He was great. Worked effiently, smartlyand was quick.
Also, seemed more knowledgeable then the sales person, who gave us some mis-information.
There are things I do not like about the product we bought. There is nothing we can do about that now.But the guy was terrific
